I can't believe how fast the summer goes. It seems like yesterday that it was April and I was so looking forward to having the kids home from school and not having our daily dose of homework. Now we only have about 15 days and we will be able to send them all off for a few hours of bliss.
It doesn't seem like we have done anything this summer. Normally by now, we have had at least 4 - 6 outings in the Trailer camping in the mountains. This year we have been once as a family and I have taken the trailer to Scout camp for a week. We have 2 more trips planned and are hopeful that they will happen. On August 14-17th we will be with Stacey's family at the Cabin in Idaho and on Labor Day, we have a big group planned to go to Whitney reservior in the Uintahs. We did however make a trek to Washington DC as a family and had a terrific time. 
If you ask the kids, they all think we have sat at home all summer looking for friends to come over and ask them to play.
Anyway, we hope that everyone's summer is going great and that you are able to take some time to smell the roses, (or whatever they have in Thailand).
